I know on older Honda's there is a module on the back side of the fuse panel that controls all these items and you could just replace that and fix the problem. Mark1647545493 Posted November 16, 2010 Author Report Share Posted November 16, 2010 thanks. I figured it out late last night. The Interior Control Module is on the front/top of the fuse box but that wasn't my problem. Someone replaced the 7.5a fuse for the ICM under the hood with a 30a fuse. What the person didn't know was that the power wire from the fuse box under the hood to the ICM was shorted to ground causing the problem.
