CRAWDAD
When are you guys coming out? My car isn't ready to break 200mph. When it is, I will be making the trip! It's gonna take more than 1000hp, so it might be a while before I come down there.

Mattsv8
daym so if i did glass doors, nose and striped it add cage and big power. proably roll in at 2700 lb and about 1000 hp. wonder what it would run with a t56 and 3.5" gear. Depends on a lot of things but you could do it... Dang! That Z06 went 206 mph with no power adder?! Yep, most of the stock motor Z06's throw a big shot on and run 200+... http://mtiracing.blogspot.com/2010/03/texas-mile-mti-corvette-top-speed.html daym so if i did glass doors, nose and striped it add cage and big power. proably roll in at 2700 lb and about 1000 hp. wonder what it would run with a t56 and 3.5" gear. No need to do all that. Just start out basic and work your way up as you make changes. You'd have to check tire size, ratios, drag, etc..but it's possible. Here's an LT1 that went 199mph... http://www.youtube.com/user/boostnation#p/u/22/Nm_A-Zl5d6k
Mallard
Oh, Nitrous is not a power adder? Still impressive, but not what I originally thought.

No you are correct, that one went 200+ all motor... I just meant that most slap a big shot on to run the number. Lots of C6 Z06's out there. Typically stock they run 166-170ish. Headers, CAI, tune, etc. get them 175ish. Cam will have them knocking 180's. Stock 04 STi- 140 Cobb Stage 2- 150 GT40R 28psi- 170 GT40R 31psi (stock motor 7,300rpm)-
