AWW$HEEET
Here is my setup that I am selling. Everything is several yrs old. Nordica Grand Prix boots. Size 27.0/27.5, equates to size 10 mens +/-. I would put an insole in one or both of the boots, one of the little slippery pad things came out so its hard to get your foot in on one of them. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=480&pictureid=4681 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=480&pictureid=4679 Line Maverick twin tip skis. Size 170cm. Great all mtn ski, great park ski. All over versatile ski. Delaminating in a few spots, edges are rusty but can be brought back by getting them tuned. No core shots. Salomon bindings. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=480&pictureid=4680 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=480&pictureid=4678 Poles are included too, I have em somewhere. Great setup for anyone wanting to hit the park and maybe not drop $1k + on a new setup. Skis were $600 new, boots were I think $400 plus. Id say its a decent setup with a few seasons left. Lets start the bidding at $250.

Putty
Would you say these skis are in better condition than the cheapest rentals?
Mojoe
Would you say these skis are in better condition than the cheapest rentals? Yes. A pretty good deal if only riding a time or two a year.

"Delaminating in a few spots, edges are rusty but can be brought back by getting them tuned." I dunno what getting them tuned means.

Mojoe
Tuned is $25, gets waxed and edges sharpend (should get ride of rust, unless it's deep pitted. Still probable be fine). I would ask them to look at the delaminating too and see if they can fix it. Not sure to what extent the issue is, but I have fixed stuff like this on boards and it's not that complicated. AWW$HEEET
couple pits, the edges arent completely gone. no core shots, which is great. core shots are huge gouges in the bottom that have dug into the core of the ski. delaminating is on the top layer, doesn't effect skiiability. probably same condition as a rental, but a better ski quality wise by a mile. the new Line equivalent sells right now for $480 with no bindings, no poles. Putty
Are there ski repair centers in the city? Like Aspen or some shit?
AWW$HEEET
Are there ski repair centers in the city? Like Aspen or some shit? Aspen tuned these a yr ago for $20 for me, so yes they do it. You could probably get an edge sharpener and do it yourself. Im not convinced the wax is even toast on these. All you really need to do is clean the rust off and run the sharpener as prescribed.
OrangeDot3083
delaminating is on the top layer, doesn't effect skiiability. This. And trust me if you are a first time skier you will mess the tops up on your own. You'll cross your ski tips more than once. Yes Aspen will tune you ski's for you. That normally entails a wax as well.
Putty
What happens if skis are too long? Well longer than recommended size for height/weight?
AWW$HEEET
What happens if skis are too long? Well longer than recommended size for height/weight? Who will be riding on these? Height, and ability are the main factors. I'm 5'9" and probably advanced in ability.
