The best activity usually comes from the "black" tactical channels which are usually unlisted - those you have to find on your own with a decent scanner. Brother used to have like every tactical channel for the city/suburbs programmed-in years ago,the shit we would hear go down on weekends was nothing short of insanity. As I recall there was a few small sites that had all the codes separated by zones (or something like that) - been a good 8+ years since i've messed with a scanner, i'll see if i can find them.
