Reed44
My friend at work has a 94 gt and he is putting a 72' 5.8 motor in it, with pro comp 190cc heads, its bored .30 over, he is converting it over to hydraulic roller and he is trying to figure out what cam might be best for street and its an auto. I was thinking something from comp or the TFS stage 2 came. Any suggestions?

Patterson
Stick or Auto? What pistons does it have in it?
Reed44
I will have him call greg at trickflow. Sounds like this might be a custom grind cam. Its auto and it just has regular .30 over pistons in it nothing special.

Patterson
Posting from my phone. It likes to do those sorts of things. I'd say run their stage one if its like 9:1, typical factory, or non-race intake, and at least a 2500 stall. There wouldn't be any need for a custom grind unless he's looking for that last 1 horse power on a dyno. Reed44
If a custom grind cam is done by trickflow how much does the price usually go up on something like that
