It comes with a Viewsonic VX1962wm 19 inch LCD monitor, Altec Lancing speakers with a subwoofer that sounds great and a copy of Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. I have enjoyed it alot but i have to sell it so i can buy a new laptop. This is pretty much everything you need to have a nice setup and if you want more power, it is not even close to maxed out. You can still put in another ATI Graphics card, more ram and whatever else you would like. It works great and i just reformatted it and reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 7 so its ready to go for you.
