warrior62
Though I really dont want to get rid of this car I have found another vehicle I would preferably have more. That being said, a urgent buyer with cash in hand could come away with a fast and fun supercharged v8 mustang before this other vehicle i want sells...if it does this mustang will be off the market. I am the second owner of the stang, the first was an older gentleman (he had it til 77xxx) I am a meticulous mechanic who has kept the car well maintained, and clean, though she does still have a couple minor scratches/dents. This car is a real head-turner, always getting stares and compliments. installed is one of the best sounding exhausts i have ever heard and pretty damn loud. Hit me up for more info and pics! Again, I am willing to negotiate, had it advertised at 13,500 but now I need the cash fast so my loss could be your gain. 11,250 OBO!! It may be priced a little steep, due to the fact this car is worth a lot more to me than anyone else, just send some offers my way and let me know what you think my car is worth to you, all offers considered. Thanks. (MODS! I read posting rules, I do have a asking price but am just getting the point across that it is negotiable:) ) Exterior- Laser Red- Stock Sleeper Blacked out- Reflectors, Badges, Pony, Ford Emblem 4.6L decal on hood scool Black Mach 1 Grill Delete+Chin Spoiler OEM 17" Gun Metal Torq Thrust Rims-Silver Lip Faulken Azenis 615RT Drag Radials Dark Tint (Rear Window is bubbling) Shorty Antenna OEM Rear Spoiler 3rd Brake Light MUSTANG decal Rear Caliphers Red/New Rear Pads/Rotors Interior- Very Clean, Black Leather, Power Everything, White Shift Knob Boost/AF Gauges+A Pillar Pods No rips or tears (slight wear on drivers seat) Engine- 4.6L-281ci-2v-V8- ~420 crank hp (376rwhp, 380ftlbs with a conservative tune) 93,xxx miles-never has seen a racetrack, always babied New: Starter, Tensioner, Belt,Battery, Plugs, Fluids, Fuel Filter Vortech Centrifugal Supercharger- 8lb Pulley Anderson Power Pipe w/ Huge K&N Filter Accufab 75mm Polished Aluminum Throttlebody/Plenum Magnaflow MagnaPack Exhaust (LOUD!) OneSlow04GEETEE
Clean looking, excellent choice of exhaust! I have the same (except it's a UPR o/r X). Vortech is the way to go GLWS. Off topic, but how is the spec 2+ clutch? Just bought one for my rebuild.
warrior62
thanks! yeah it is one badass-sounding setup and the blower whistle just tops it off:) As for the Spec2+, I have been very happy with the purchase. It is a serious clutch, ones thatll bit hard when you need it to, however still extremely streetable. It's carbon/kevlar composition supposedly resurfaces itself if you do happen to glaze the clutch.. Be prepared for it to be at about 2x stiffer than a factory clutch, if memory serves me correct. I would recommend that you also get a clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster. the stock cable will do (better than aftermarket) and the quadrant makes it so can set up your clutch's sweet spot, where it disengages/engages. I believe you are headed the right route!

It says the break in period is 500 miles, but I put a Stage 1 in my 98 GT and took forever to lose the chatter.
