This year we are not going to have enough Time off to get to use our Timeshare so i figured i'd offer it up for sale this year right at the price we pay for it which is 1400.00. (if you book online it will cost 2150.00) Sleeps 8 people (3 rooms plus a pullout couch) If you have 4 couples its 350.00 per couple for the whole week. Vitals: 2.5 Story Condo (1 story is a loft) 3 Bedrooms with 1 pullout couch Sleeps 8 people Overlooks Braddock Cove 1 minute Walk to the Salty Dog Every Amenity imagineable NOTE - I know it doesnt need to be said, but if you break stuff, you gotta fix it. Its super cheap, You cant beat our deal! We are selling it for what we pay in fee's so that we break even. I will provide you with multiple references from people that have stayed there in the past It is seated in Braddock Cove right by the Salty dog, shops, and all the nightlife. Its got a nice private patio, great location within the Port Villas community Its about a 4 minute walk to a private beach, right across the street.
