I will see about talking to her soon and get this done. Didn't know you did that kinda stuff also. Otherwise I'm building up my land to wash out her driveway. I can cut the wall and dig out the dirt on the outside and put some walls up to hold the dirt back. As far installing the window itself, I do not.
