Buck531 Posted April 15, 2011 Report Share Posted April 15, 2011 How did you cure them? When I painted the headers on my Lumina I put three thin coats on. Installed them, started the car for 5 minutes, shut it off for 15. back on for 10, off for 30. back on for 20 minutes and it never came off in 3-4 years. I used 1500* VHT from Jegs back then. I think part of the problem is when I spray the bike off though plus being exposed to the elements. I ride in the rain fairly often too.
