He wants something similar to what they have now - a 5 year old Compaq with Celeron processor. He takes one on the road for work and wants another one for my mom and my nieces to use. Needs to have legit Windows, enough RAM to not be obnoxious slow, and that's about it. Built-in wireless or one with a USB card is a must. Price $75-$150 depending on what you have.
