Comes with charger cable. Great for small areas, very easy to use, just pull a lever and its running, no having to change the oil or fill it with gas or yank on a cord to get it to start. I always keep it plugged in so no idea how long it will hold a charge without being used. As far as how long it will run - it totally depends on how tough the grass is. Late summer it will probably push 45 minutes of cutting, early spring with tall wet grass, not so much. The blade probably needs sharpened, I've not done it. I need to clean it up, easy to do though.
