FS: 2004 Tony Kart TaG Package

I bought this kart used with the intention of racing as much as possible. I ran one practice day, then my buddy sold all his gear. Since he had the truck and trailer I was relying on, I fell out of karting and now I've decided to sell everything.

The guy that owned it before me claimed only 10-12 hours on the kart and motor, IIRC, and he bought it new. It's extremely clean and never been wrecked. The previous owner only ran a handful of practice days before selling to me, according to people at the track. This is an '04 kart, but it has seen very little use.

The gist on the kart is it's a 2004 Tony Kart Venox, PRD Fireball engine, Aim Mychron 3 dash, brand new steering wheel, brand new seat, e-Stanz folding kart stand, one different size sprocket, and I'm including the matching Tony Kart suit and rib vest.

Not really sure how tall of a driver could fit in a kart. I'm about 5'8"-5'9" and the seat could always be moved a little. It also depends on where your height is; if you're all torso you'd have no problem, but if you're all legs you may have a problem with your knees hitting the wheel.

This is a full size kart and there are drivers of all sizes out there. So a 6'+ person could probably be made to fit.

I know of a competitor that is 6'4" and goes about 235-240 that is running a kart. I'm about 6' and was running them when I went 230 (but smaller now:)). There are various seat sizes available-up to XXL.

GLWS - bump for a great price on a TAG package - almost as fast as a shifter on the road course and easier to drive.

what is the height requirements for this?

Usually there are separate models (called limos) with extended "front porches" for longer legs that put the pedals out further. I'm 6'3" and this is what I have. For most brands the parts to convert to a limo can be swapped right on.

Also, this is a great deal.

Also, North of Detroit FTW.
