Guest GMoney Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 I have three bikes in mind. 2007 sxv Aprilia 450 2010 Wr250X DRZ 400s I now the issue with the SXV on parts avail and the issues with all the recalls but it makes 70 hp. The Wr250X i have heard is not enough motor for the bike and tend to grenade? Also low on power compared to the other two. DRZ bullet proof but more money than the other two and only makes 50 hp. I just want a bike to get back in forth to work and other places but have a ton of fun doing it. I don't want to race or rail aorund 270. I will not be going on long trips either. John Bruh Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 husky 610 or aprilia 450 (the 550s are junk, motors blow) Drz are fun, when cornering they basically just fall into the turn, where as my husky you push it a little more like a sport bike. don't buy a 250 you will hate life. AWW$HEEET Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 I had an 08 wr250r, it was cool but not enough motor. They are dead reliable though. Out of the 3 listed I would go with the DRZ.
