AngryBMW Posted August 8, 2011 Report Share Posted August 8, 2011 Hello All, I wanted to make everyone aware that rates have dropped, and I can refinance any type of loan (conventional, FHA, VA, etc) at incredibly low rates with incredibly low closing costs. On our internal products, we DO NOT charge title insurance, and have a set, flat fee. On FHA products, I can typically close you with next to no closing costs as well.
