AudiOn19s
I've been using the Leather Masters line (careful if you google leather masters) over the last year of so and I'm VERY satisfied with it. I believe Auto Geek carries their whole line now so that makes it much easier to get than the last time I got it. I use their Leather Strong cleaner and Leather Vital Conditioner. They also make a Leather Protection cream that helps protect against staining and dye transfer on lighter colored leather, I'd personally skip the protection cream for a black interior though. All of their products dry to an absolutely matte finish, no gloss at all, deeper, richer color in the leather but no gloss. I HATE SHINY INTERIORS!. I asked Andy this via PM in April, and have been using it since. I bought the Kit from Auto Geek.

ForeverMaker
You need Leatherique. The process is great for worn and new leather. Results: http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94075

Mr. Jones
just came across these shots of a new Expedition interior I did a few months ago for reference on what Leatherique looks like on new leather... overview shot: By leather, do you mean vinyl ? At best the perforated seating surfaces are leather, the edges are vinyl/ "leatherette".
Mr. Jones
PPS: Been very happy with Zaino's Z9/Z10 Leather in a bottle leaves it with a nice matte finish with no greasy residue left behind. People have even been putting it on steering wheels as it dries without being slippery or sticky.
