Draco-REX
wow that sucks......it wasn't even close to rolling....not even on three wheels??!!! It happened when he transitioned. The car went from loaded on one said to loading on the other. The computer read the sudden snap in g-forces from one side to the other as a possible roll-over condition. Since the computer can't "wait and see" it has to assume the worst-case scenario and deploy the side curtains. Seeing this, I'd want to remove the airbag fuse whenever driving a camaro aggressively. My only worry is that with the airbag system disabled, I could see GM putting the car into a granny-mode.

Buckeye1647545503
Seems like first things you would want in auto ice dancing is small and nimble, low weight, cheap to repair once backed into the wall. ..... So why is he trying to do in in a sport yacht?
Mallard
It happened when he transitioned. The car went from loaded on one said to loading on the other. My only worry is that with the airbag system disabled, I could see GM putting the car into a granny-mode. Exactly. The system functioned as intended. These systems are for SAFETY on the ROAD. They do not tune them for the g-forces encountered during drifting. Pulling the fuze will not put the car into limp mode and it's advised to do this anytime you are pushing a car (any car, any manufacturer) to the limits and beyond on purpose.
