copperhead
I need to get some keys programmed for my neon and the dealer wants $105 for a key + programming. I'd like to have the SKIM module wiped of all original keys and just program new ones
JaSSon
Just use a flat blade screw driver to start it.
mathc2003
If you have 2 skim keys already programmed, you should be able to add new keys without a scantool....details in following link. http://www.srtforums.com/forums/f75/installing-new-skim-key-153583/ However, if this is not the case, you WILL have to use a DRBIII to do the nasty work here....supposedly Miller Tools did DRB rentals for 150 bucks for 3 days. I don't know anything more than that. Might as well take it to the dealer in that case...you'll take it in the shorts for the rental unless you can sublet it to a buddy for a couple tests. copperhead
I only have one key for the car, and considering it had well over 200,000 miles when I bought it, no telling how many keys have been programmed to it
