Green Bastard Posted November 18, 2011 Report Share Posted November 18, 2011 did you look to make sure there is nothing in the tranny where you push the cv joint in? if its clear make sure the spline count is the correct ammount (comparing it to the old one would prolly be the easiest way) and if everything matches then just push really hard, sometimes they are just stiff. Crossle Posted November 18, 2011 Report Share Posted November 18, 2011 Put the old nut on the end of the shaft so its flush with the top of the nut protecting the threads and tap it in with a hammer.
