FS - iPhone 3GS

I have a used 3GS. I would list it as "good" condition. Everything works, all the buttons and such. I just wiped it, so its ready to be set up as a new phone. It would make a great spare phone and for this price, why not? There are scratches on the back and a few light ones on the screen. I'll try to get pics of these as good as i can. There are some stress marks around the charge port, but its not serious and I will also picture this. Gazelle.com (electronics trade in website) is offering me $97 for the phone.

Asking - $130 obo

I ended up going the Gazelle route with our 3GS after listing it for a fair price and getting lowballed to death on it.

They estimated $102 and we got $102. Whole process took less than 2 weeks to get the money in our paypal account. It's really the most painless process I've ever gone through. Box shows up, put your phone in there and postage back is already paid. Just have to drop it off on the way to work or something.

iPhones are crazy expensive in other parts of the world, and AFAIK the US is the only country where subsidized phones have become the norm. You can get a new 4S for $200 with a Verizon contract, so getting someone to pay half that for a worn out 3GS is going to be nearly impossible. OTOH, someone overseas would gladly pay $200 for a used 3GS instead of $800 or so for a new 4S. Gazelle.com probably has a pretty solid business plan going on.
