AWW$HEEET
Sounds like a mega attempt to undermine the whole music industry. I like it.

AWW$HEEET
Me too... Wonder how innovation in many other industries is suppressed due to lobbying / corrupt politicians. Fucking all of it. Its kinda sickening that if you aren't part of the empire, you are squelched out.

I was being sarcastic - Just about every industry has government regulation that is derived from corporate lobbying, corrupt politicians, and special interest groups. I wish there was a political candidate that we could vote for who promises to restore liberty and the republic.
El Karacho1647545492
Me too... Wonder how innovation in many other industries is suppressed due to lobbying / corrupt politicians. NORMALLY I'm not very pro-union despite having family members in teacher's unions, but IMO the biggest thing allowing the RIAA to get away with all this insanity is the lack of a musicians union. And to directly answer your query, all innovation is stifled by corruption. Hell, the head of the MPAA (and former shithead politician) Chris Dodd came out and admitted that if you get checks from the MPAA YOU BETTER FUCKING BE IN THEIR POCKET. "Candidly, those who count on quote ‘Hollywood’ for support need to understand that this industry is watching very carefully who’s going to stand up for them when their job is at stake. Don’t ask me to write a check for you when you think your job is at risk and then don’t pay any attention to me when my job is at stake." - Chris Dodd

El Karacho1647545492
Uh.... I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one... I didn't say it would solve piracy or it'd be good for the market, but it would prevent the amount of frivolous litigation the RIAA pursues.
