BIG_brother1647545517 Posted January 25, 2012 Report Share Posted January 25, 2012 I have a 1990 Ford E350 box van w/ a 7.5 I cant get this piece to start; ELECTRICAL NIGHTMARE! OK I got this truck from some hillbilly who half assed everything truck ran great until today found a bad relay on drivers side (yellow wires) I matched it @ parts store and replaced it installed a stereo Truck stops running Found a blown fuse (#8) Fuel pressure is 42 psi I have spark If you spray ether in the TB it will fire but sounds ruff will not stay running Fuel pump is hot wire on a toggle switch Any ideas? Green Bastard Posted January 25, 2012 Report Share Posted January 25, 2012 try changing your plugs, might sound weird but recently my car wouldn't start, I had good blue spark but as soon as I changed the plugs it fired right up, also are you sure your getting the right ammount of fuel? maybe its too lean or rich if your injectors are messed up. just my two cents Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
