Draco-REX
I hope this hasn't been posted before. It's kind of old (2010), but I didn't see it on a quick search. Guy has a 914 he AutoXes and decides to swap in a JDM Subaru engine. It is a ton of fabrication and it's all really good work. The crazy part is that it seems like the car is done around page 14, then he starts all over again on page 15 putting the suspension from a Lotus Elise into it. I haven't finished the thread yet, but it's great so far. http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=113579&st=
RyM3rC
Pretty neat. I know of someone in Dublin who stuck a Subie (STi?) motor in a 914 as well. Pretty good little platforms, except the ones around here aren't very plentiful and often rusted pretty badly
Rally Pat
I'm still reading the thread and watching the videos, but holy mother of awesome.

10phone2
he definately is good. It would have been over the top if he matted the suby heads to a big cc aircooled vw block.
