I never fail to acquire a police escort on Sawmill as I start for home from HD. I still haven't figured where they lurk that they are able to swoop down on me so fast. But I was doing all of 45mph, left HD by myself. I've never been pulled over by these escorts, but they've had as many as three city police vehicles around me as I drive for home. I would say it was just a coincidence, but it happens 75% of the times I leave HD. They really need to be more supportive of senior citizens trying to remain active ......
