Miller Posted May 28, 2012 Report Share Posted May 28, 2012 My stereo was typically taken out of my mustang, all the wiring and speakers remain. I got a gauge cluster to fill the hole but I would also like to mount a 3.5 audio jack for my phone/ipod. I am assuming I can't just plug this into the speaker wires and get a good sound. acklac7 Posted May 28, 2012 Report Share Posted May 28, 2012 While my headunit was getting repaired I ran a microphone - to - RCA connection from the headphone jack of the ipod to a cheap walmart amplifier ($50).
