It is ~ 1300 sq ft w/ a 20x20 Detached Garage and an off-street parking pad. On the First floor, there is: Living Room Laundry Room 1/2 Bath Kitchen Master Bedroom w/ 2 walk in closets and a Full Bath (Shower) Upstairs (Loft) there is: Loft Space Full Bath (Tub) Bedroom Utility Room Washer and Dryer are included, as well as a Newer Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Microwave The Pictures show furniture, but other then the appliances, it is unfurnished. Pets are allowed (an additional non-refundable deposit is required). The Association mows the Lawn and plows snow (over 2"). Working on cars in Garage - Yes - There is only 120 Electric though.... 2 Cats - No problem Dog - No problem - The Community Rules state all pets must be on a leash and attended to while outside (ie - no tethering, however - MANY break this rule - YMMV) Having two place for a Month overlap makes moving ez pz KillJoy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I posted my house up for rent on there on July 8th and actually had to take the ad down because I got over 200 responses and have 10 showings set up starting on the 28th. KillJoy I decided to avoid the Realtor. Im not paying 1 month's rent in commission for something I can do myself. I grew up in the rental business (worked for my dad forever who had apartments and rental houses) so I feel like I can do everything a Realtor can except the MLS.
