a Rower for sure.. I've bought 2 model D's on craiglist for 600. (850-900 new).

 

PM me for workout ideas.

 

As for running... KNOW/LEARN proper technique so you dont mess your knees/hips up.

 

and I would avoid SEALFit until you know technique, I've done quite a few of them and they can put you in the hospital for new people who are starting to workout.

Ya at this point after leaving a job were I had little options other than fast food for 1-2 meals a day and sitting in a truck for 300 miles a day I am just starting with a diet of fresh produce, chicken, fish with a random red meat and as little processed food as possible and just increased movement I figure 30 min every other day of increased cardio for the first 2 weeks and then every day there after should help get the ball rolling.

I figure at some point I will hit a platou and need to increase with weights or something
