KNOW/LEARN proper technique so you dont mess your knees/hips up. and I would avoid SEALFit until you know technique, I've done quite a few of them and they can put you in the hospital for new people who are starting to workout. Buckeye1647545503 Posted August 21, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 21, 2012 Ya at this point after leaving a job were I had little options other than fast food for 1-2 meals a day and sitting in a truck for 300 miles a day I am just starting with a diet of fresh produce, chicken, fish with a random red meat and as little processed food as possible and just increased movement I figure 30 min every other day of increased cardio for the first 2 weeks and then every day there after should help get the ball rolling.
