BBQdDude
Need to get a quote..... I have a two year old new build. I noticed two "waves" forming in the line of the roof. Each raise is about 4 feet long. Both are on the back side of house. Builder is requesting a certified roofer inspect and state what created the damage. Any recommends? AngryBMW
Are you looking to get this fixed by the builder or by the certified roofer? -Marc
BBQdDude
This is the way they explained it to me.... My house is no longer under warranty. If the issue is documented to be a install/material issue they will cover using a certified roofer of my choice.

1fast5gp
Able Roof? :dumb: Give Muth Roofing in westerville a call. Get a quote/inspection from them and go from there. Guys there are really nice and they do a great job. Customer service is A+++ and really do take care of their customers, they won countless awards on Angies List. Their price is very competitive as well.
Dharris89
If you are the original owners you may look to see if your roofing materials are under warranty. The way it was explained to me is as long as the roof is put on correctly, the materials carry the warranty, not the company that installed them. We used B&T who also had good reviews on Angie's list. The roof got done and folks were nice but the scheduling got a little screwy. Stay away from Roofing Plus if they are still in business. Benchmark is another company that is supposed to have a good rep. They did my neighbors roof. The only issue they had was the crew hit the garage with their trailer. But they did repair it. Good luck.
87GT
Good luck. I have a few things I need to get fixed on my roof. I've called 3 contractors plus able roofing. Able is the only one who has came out and called me back. I want a 2nd opinion but I guess that is too hard for smaller companies. One company actually did call me back and setup a date but they never came out. Didn't call me back either after I called them. I have cash money this should be an easy transaction
