It will also work as a barn, garage, or similar. You could build a simple frame and put wheels on it, although you would need screen to keep arms out of the blades. 40" Belt drive 2 speeds 120v Very quiet Aluminum louvers No idea what it is worth or name brand. Looks to be in good shape, no rust or rot on it.
