Farkas
Unless you're wrapping a car for business advertisement, don't bother. http://api.viglink.com/api/click?format=go&key=5a2970762e39dd097334942e91b2636b&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fweb.stagram.com%2Fp%2F373839535134705912_5658297&v=1&libid=1364502413934&out=http%3A%2F%2Fdistilleryimage0.s3.amazonaws.com%2F539e336663e611e2b74c22000a9f1427_7.jpg&ref=http%3A%2F%2Fweb.stagram.com%2Fn%2Fbhcfarkas%2F%3Fnpk%3D382141519071774729_5658297&title=.%40bhcfarkas%20%7C%20%23mk3monday%20a%20has%20been%20%7C%20Webstagram%20-%20the%20best%20Instagram%20viewer&txt=Large&jsonp=vglnk_jsonp_13645024155204 I bought this car wrapped professionally by a good buddy of mine in Florida who does this for a living and he did an outstanding job, however, if you've never seen a wrapped car in person, it's very easy to tell it's been wrapped. At best, they look like a shitty Maaco paint job that wasn't masked off very well. He used one of the quality 3M off-white vinyls on this car and although it's a quality wrap, it's nowhere near as glossy or "finished" looking as real paint. In pictures and 10ft away it looks cool, but aside from that, I wouldn't suggest having it done. TL;DR - It looks like ass
ForeverMaker
what about a matte wrap just for protection/variety for a year or 2? not worth the cost?
Buck531
what about a matte wrap just for protection/variety for a year or 2? not worth the cost? Why not just plasti-dip it?
jeffro
what about a matte wrap just for protection/variety for a year or 2? not worth the cost? Your wife know about your sig? What kind of wrap are you looking for mike? Something plain to emulate a paint job or something for advertising? As farkas mentioned, its nothing like the real deal if you are looking for a solid color.

Versluis
AAP does a good work on their window tint and clear bra. They offer the wraps as well and from what I have seen when stopping at the shop, looks as good as it can get.

All depends on who does the wrap. Most of the wraps I have seen by a quality company looked great. If someone uses junk vinyl, bad ink, or bad design it won't look right.
