Red Beard Posted April 3, 2013 Report Share Posted April 3, 2013 Wraps look a lot better and cleaner if they're trimmed under the molding. But as everyone has said before it depends on what the point is. They're quicker than paint but still lacking in quality conpaired to a decent diy paint job. Its much eaiser to hid the overlap in a busy design too. If you're going flat or solid colored it won't come out the way most think it would. Plus unless its on a garage queen they fade out after so many years. Most wraps are intended for 2-5 years at best under everyday wear and tear.
