So damn many homes on the market now that you gotta be able to find a sweet deal. Lots popping up now as we move into the season too. Yep just got done in September building with MI (5 bed 4.5 bath 3500 sq ft). It was a long road, but pretty happy with the end result. PM me and I'll try to answer as best I can. The coolest part of our build was the energystar rating of 3.0. We came from a 1400 sq ft house to 3500 and our utilities went up $80 for the month.
