Jeff88coupe Posted October 16, 2013 Report Share Posted October 16, 2013 Hope you got something that will serve you well for many years. I bought my '05 Duramax ext. cab short bed (4x4, ally) new. It has ~45K on it now...most of the miles have been towing or being used as a truck. Most of the time it just sits in the driveway. I love it...have a mild PPE tuner, 5" catback exhaust, gauges, cia..pretty much it on it. Checkout dieselplace.com very good duramax info and forums. Has plenty of power for my needs towing my 24' tag race trailer. Thinking of stepping up to a 36' gooseneck next season. I do wish I would have gotten a crew cab to have more room for people when going to races...but I didn't want a longbed.
