This position provides administrative support to the organization including typing, electronic filing, data entry, obtaining supplies and other administrative and office reception duties. This position pays $15-17/hour (negotiable) and includes an excellent benefits package. Job Responsibilities Performs basic administrative support duties and assists with special projects for four departments. Types, designs and delivers general correspondences. Delivers mail in a timely manner and assists in the preparation and delivery of notices and memos. Schedules and organizes meetings, trainings and special events. Creates and administers surveys. Transfers paper files to electronic file system. Assists in supporting the reception area when needed by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing phone calls to appropriate parties. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of professional administrative experience in an office environment. Experience using multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment. Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Adobe Acrobat and InfoPath preferred.
