Snowflake
I know there is a couple HVAC guys on here. My furnace is acting up and it got my wife freaked out. She says it's making a sound like rotors scraping on a car. I'm out of town and can't do anything but try and find someone trustworthy to look at it. She tells me it's supposed to get colder the next few day and I have a baby at the house. I'm looking for someone who could come tomorrow or Monday to check it out if possible. KillJoy
Atlas Butler does not charge extra for weekends or emergencies. They have always made it to us same day. They are $90 / Call + whatever is needed + it's labor.... KillJoy

I just found out Comfortworks is a division of Waterworks and the wife's step father is an estimator with them. Gonna see what he can do for us and if not them our neighbor suggested a place local here in Pataskala that they use.
cstmg8
How old is the furnace and how long are you out of town?
cstmg8
Sounds like a fan motor mount is bad and the fan is scraping. If you're going to be home soon, it'd be an easy fix for you.
Snowflake
How old is the furnace and how long are you out of town? We have been in the house for almost 9 years and it was there when we got there. I won't be home anytime soon.
