Dash plaques to first 400 participants. Ye Olde Mill is located 1 mile south of Utica, Ohio on St. Rt. 13 10 miles North of Newark, Ohio from St. Rt. 16. Lots of door prizes. Must be present to win. 11324 Mt Vernon Rd, Utica, OH 43080 It is open to any and all vehicles.
