Big A
I am looking for a local source of some different woods (apple, pecan, peach, ect) to try in the smoker. I am looking for pieces with some size, not the shit you can buy at the store. Let me know if you have some or know a good place around town to get some. BBQdDude
What size? Menards has all those flavors in wood chunks not chips. Fits my bill. Now if using only wood then yes you will need full logs.
cybe
I was only able to find Peach at Cabelas - other stuff available at random-chinese-hardware-store in chunks.
