alright so i started with a pork tenderloin, not recommended i know, but they were cheap and seemed one of the shorter ones to cook. pulled them at 140* internal temp and tossed on the grill on high for a cpl mis each side to add crisp and reach 147* temp.. and waalaa

thanks for the thermometer rec Tim.. my factory gauge was reading 30 degrees off

Never trust the factory gauges. Also I like checking my temp while inside. What I really want is one I can monitor over my smartphone while out and about. now that would rock.
