Looking for a Home improvement Referral - Hang small chandelier and window blind

Hi guys.

 

I am looking for a home improvement referral.

 

I need someone who can:

 

1. I have a blind that I need to hang on a sill that is 11 feet up in the air from the ground.

 

2. Above the blind, I have a small repair that needs to be glued (dry wall separated due to me yanking down the old blind, just needs to be glued)

 

3. I have a chandelier (small) that needs to be hung from a 12 foot ceiling.
