Sully
Yeah, I smoked a couple fatties today. No, it's not 4:20, you pot heads. I did what I call a whole hog fattie and a Mexican fattie. The whole hog fattie is a layer of bacon, sausage, cheese, ham, and pulled pork: http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/FB641208-50E1-4F3F-A07B-F1A2DDA3CA60_zpsjtdlzzaa.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/6F7DDDA2-444F-478B-AC26-1686D8E082A9_zpsf5p4as3h.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/8A1F8DC6-715B-47CC-BE57-5DB9A524534E_zpszotefpqq.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/484C463F-DD60-442C-A830-26406C0D2E73_zpsfdkusbbq.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/641FB279-5ACC-4112-AE50-E6653403A30A_zpszltxljmq.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/DE697A59-3FEA-4D6B-AEFA-6CDEFB015743_zpszd9crdc9.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/99FD50F8-B6D3-4A2D-AC21-4DB1125CF7F5_zpssl0lwwzr.jpg The Mexican fattie is bacon, sausage, veggies, chorizo, and shredded cheese. I precooked a log of chorizo with 2 eggs: http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/4FAC2773-3AE2-4B1B-8C82-F7984AEBB42E_zpsyptqi6jb.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/B31FCBD1-F68D-4706-8E8E-1B0F43E86553_zpseumdxkw7.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/1E6D4B56-B130-4C44-B7C3-6F055844E619_zps80ooljjb.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/740828B3-665D-41F1-8792-B1DB543EC25E_zpsezkzxbqr.jpg Here they are on the smoker: http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/0B3487C2-E362-41AC-9ACC-9E91046057C8_zpsal9u0apd.jpg After 2 hours: http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/5917FE6F-D629-4851-80FB-E703AEC76774_zpsxpfhbalb.jpg What they looked liked inside. No matter what you get, it won't be as good as this. I so wanted to pick one up and eat it like a burrito.

nurkvinny
I've had horrible luck with bacon on the smoker. Tastes great, but turns chewy instead of crunchy. PS - Pork from my smoker today... (finished on grill) Just one pork. Not pork on top of pork, stuffed inside of rolled pork. That's a big cutting sheet BTW. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=5&pictureid=7848
