Budget is 500$-750$ You could wrap it yourself for that but for that price, I would just buy replacement fairings and make it like new again. How bad is the damage? Most are paper thin and have crap for fit and finish. Some guys reported at speeds 80-100mph+ the fairings disintegrate... I wouldn't plastidip anything...
