My house has like a 20year old AC compressor, still works just fine and haven't seen any higher bills from my last house that I had to put a new AC/Furnace in. Just curious. Prefer not to rely on Propane, and really enjoyed our previous geothermal unit at our last house. Was going that route eventually, so why not start getting the pay back now.
