Fubar231
Do i need to be at a notary when i buy the car, or can the seller/buyer just fill out the back and then go to a notary afterwords. Basically do i need a notary with me/p.o. when we fill out the title??
Stallion Motorsports1647545491
no, however the seller must have their information notarized before filling anything out. tom
STEVE-O
Both buyer and seller should be present but as long as the seller is the one present when signing it is legal just usually not the best idea
Rocky31186
The only person that has to be there is the seller, not the buyer. All they're doing is verifying the sellers ID. I use a lady off of 23 and 270 on south end and I just have people sign it over, she notarizes it.
Draco-REX
Most any bank should have a notary present.
90G60
I've used banks that are inside grocery stores several times in a pinch. They don't always have one, but you can call around the area if it's after standard bankers hours.
