I am looking at buying a house out there and I want to build a pole barn in the back yard. They have a size restriction but I wanna go bigger which means I will need to get a variance. The lot size is 1.5 but they limit me to 1200 sqft. I am looking to build closer to 2400. I just want to know if anyone has had any experience with them and how they handled their situation.
