Good luck- you're likely fighting an uphill battle. I work in HR and know that we do everything in our power to clear ourselves of litigation before we make an employment decision.

 

That said, stuff still happens so it may be a battle worth fighting. If you'd like to talk about any of it I'd be happy to connect!

I am being accused of something I didn't do. My boss and director haven't even done any research. They just believe her because of her position. They didn't talk to anyone else. They didn't review the cameras. Nothing. Now they are saying if they get someone else to make a similar statement, then I'm fired for lying to a director.
