STEVE-O
Anywhere here in Columbus have this? Haven't seen it at any place I have gone to so far here. I know there was a few in Cleveland while I was there.

STEVE-O
Bottomless Brunch is illegal in Ohio Hmmm don't tell that to granite city in beechwood. Maybe they just gave us the hookup Well Ohio screwed this up
Doc1647545523
Yeah, coupled with a couple of sobriety checkpoints, this could be a cash cow for a small village. :fuuuu:
LJ
Hmmm don't tell that to granite city in beechwood. Maybe they just gave us the hookup Well Ohio screwed this up http://codes.ohio.gov/oac/4301:1-1-50 It's also illegal in Illinois and New York. 20 other states as well. Funny because everyone talks about having bottomless brunch in NYC and Chicago. I guess if it is a civil law in those states they could get away with doing it. In Ohio it is a regulation around holding a liquor license, so the penalties are steep. Even crazier, 27 states prohibit Happy Hour

Comping beverages could land you in jail. Hell, IIRC there are places where even discounting FOOD (as a concession for alcohol) is illegal as it still counts as "Happy Hour". Also in CT a pickle must bounce in order to be considered a pickle. TL;DR stupid laws.

Reminds me of places that can not give you a sample of beer or places that have to charge for a wine taste usually it's 25 cents
Richard Cranium
Reminds me of places that can not give you a sample of beer or places that have to charge for a wine taste usually it's 25 cents I think it's the Ohio Taproom in Grandview. The don't sell pints, only samples. You are limited to 4 samples, but the bartenders can't count so well.

87GT
Just go around the corner and down the block to Zauber they'll let you sample whatever. Yeah they will if you ask nicely. The daily pint as well will let you have free samples. Ohio laws on alcohol are dumb. I still don't understand why you can not receive an employee discount on alcohol. Other states allow it.
