Home Audio Bluetooth speaker gurus come in

I have been looking around but was wondering what cr has done. I'm looking to set up some speakers maybe 4-6 in my house and I want them to be wireless and Bluetooth with the ability to all sync together and add more etc if needed. I have found a couple that are even built into bookshelves but they appear not of the best quality.

What would you recommend without breaking the bank?

What's breaking the bank?

I'm looking at doing a Sonos setup. 3 speakers (1 of them is a soundbar) the "Amp Connect" and the sub are going to cost about $1700 though.

Looks like I need to read up, there is way more out there then I even imagined.. If I could get a setup that has a hub like that and link it to my tv Xbox etc with wireless surround sound and still be able to pair a Audi device such as a iPhone to play music through $1700 doesn't sound to terrible

You can do exactly that with the Sonos stuff. The connect is supposed to sync all of the outputs on its own wireless network. You can do it without the connect, but I've read it's a PITA and some people complained of sync issues.

There should be a demo at Micro Center shortly if you want to check it out.

I'm sure they aren't the best out there but I picked up an iHome Speaker on a clearance at Sears $10. I'd been looking at them a while and couldn't pass that deal. It sounds great even for its regular price which is why I grabbed it. . They can connect multiple speakers as well.
