Insect/bug expert

Can you guys help me identify the winged insect? I hope it's not termite.

Found these fuckers in my family room after my vacation. Called the home inspector he told me they are ants. The winged ones worry me. I'll probably call a bug expert to get second opinions.

Take boric acid put in cup let ants crawl in cup shake to make sure he gets covered let go. He will go back to nest and get boric acid on every ant he comes in contact with and kill the nest

Thank you. And where can I buy " boric acid "? I don't want to walk into Home Depot, ask for it, and have fbi knock on my door the next day.

The winged ants are future queens or drones (males for breeding only). At some point, the ants will pour out to defend multiple queens and drones until they fly into the air and breed. Drones will die, queens will drop their wings and attempt to start a new nest.
