Looking for someone to tune this

So, one of the owners of the dealership here had a 1st gen Camaro put together for himself. It's a resto-mod and he's having trouble getting it tuned. A couple people have taken a look at it, but it still runs super rich. He wants our resident Gandalf to look at it MOnday, but I'm not too confident. So I thought I'd see if I could find someone who was confident they could get this car running properly. I'll take any ifo and pass it along on Monday so specifics can be hammered out.

 

Details are scarce unfortunately. I'm told it's a bored 454. Here are a couple pics. I can take more on Monday if there is anything specific that someone wnats to see.

Oh hey, I saw that today. Unfortunately I don't have metering rods(edelbrock thing) or I'd offer to take a look. Dozzers Garage though, he knows how to work with them fuel toilets.

I'm going with one of these on my current project, and have heard some great things about them. Simple install, no carburetor drama and big power potential. Well priced too!
